Vizual Model operates vizualmodel.ai and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. Information we process

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

• Your name, work email address, company and the contents of an enquiry.
• Correspondence sent to our sales or support addresses.
• Technical information in server and security logs, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp and error information.
• A browser preference recording that you acknowledged our cookie notice.

Please do not send sensitive personal information through this website.

5. External services and international transfers

The website currently loads font files through Google Fonts. This causes your browser to make a request to Google and transmit standard request information, which may include your IP address and browser information. Vizual Model does not receive this information from Google or use it to track you.

Where a service provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, we require an appropriate GDPR transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep information

• General enquiries: up to 12 months after the last meaningful exchange.
• Customer and contractual correspondence: for the duration of the relationship and any applicable accounting, legal or claims period.
• Routine technical logs: only for the period required for operation and security, normally no longer than 30 days unless an incident requires further investigation.
• Cookie-notice preference: until you clear your browser storage or the notice version changes.

We may retain information longer where required by law or necessary for a legal claim.

The website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

We store one necessary preference in your browser's local storage: vizualmodel-cookie-notice-v1. It records that you acknowledged the cookie notice and is not used to identify or track you. You can remove it through your browser settings.
